Privacy Policy

This policy explains how VPN52 uses data when you visit the website, manage your account, receive a subscription, or contact support. Account and transaction records are distinct from network access logs, as explained below.

Account and Order Data

You can create an account with a username and password; no email address is required. An email address is not a required account detail, and providing one is not a condition of opening an account with this service. Account authentication data is used to identify your account, verify sign-ins, and maintain subscription benefits. Please do not include unnecessary personal information in your username.

Order records include the selected plan, order amount, payment status, and related transaction details. They are used to confirm payment, deliver subscriptions, verify data allowances, and process refunds. Usage settlement requires cumulative traffic data at the account level, but does not require recording access destinations. Details and attachments submitted with a support ticket are used only to investigate and address the issue. Please do not submit your password or a full subscription link.

No Browsing Logs

VPN52 does not keep browsing logs: it does not record which websites users access through this service, store browsing content, access destinations, or DNS query history, or retain connection logs that could be used to reconstruct an individual's browsing activity. There is no retrospective retention period for connection logs because these logs are not stored persistently.

Temporary states needed to operate a connection are used only to maintain current communications and are not kept as a history of browsing activity. Account-level traffic totals, order statuses, and fault details submitted by users are billing or support data, not browsing records. If additional information is needed for troubleshooting, please provide details about the error message, client platform, and route selection. A full browsing history is not requested.

Website Analytics and Local Storage

Website analytics help us understand page visits, referral sources, and feature usage so we can improve content and interactions. Page visits here refer to pages on the VPN52 website, not external websites users access through the subscription service. Analytics do not change the no-logs position described above.

Cookies and browser local storage are used for sign-in status, language preferences, and necessary interface settings. The user panel stores authentication state locally so subsequent requests can identify the account. You can restrict cookies or clear site data in your browser settings. Doing so may require you to sign in again and may reset your preferences. Clearing browser data does not delete your server-side account or orders.

Third-Party Payments and Data Sharing

This service supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payments are handled by the relevant third-party payment service or transaction network, and their own rules apply to the data they process. VPN52 uses the order and transaction results needed to verify payment and does not ask users to provide the login password for a payment account.

To complete a payment, necessary information such as an order identifier and amount may be shared with the payment processor. Third-party pages, wallets, and transaction networks are not directly controlled by this policy. Before paying, please verify the recipient details and review the relevant information. Account data is not shared with unrelated third parties except as necessary to provide the service, handle disputes, or comply with valid legal requirements.

Data Retention and Deletion Requests

Account data is retained while account services are provided. Order, refund, and dispute records are kept for as long as needed to verify transactions and meet applicable obligations. Support tickets and analytics are retained for as long as needed for their respective support or analysis purposes. No single fixed retention period is applied without explanation. When the purpose ends and there is no further basis for retention, data is deleted or de-identified.

To access or correct your data, or request account deletion, sign in to the user panel and submit a request through the support ticket portal. Account ownership must be verified before the request is processed. Deletion may affect sign-in, subscription use, and support history. Data that must be retained by law or relates to an unresolved dispute will be restricted to the necessary purposes and handled when the basis for retention ends.

Policy Updates and Questions

If our data practices change, this page will be updated along with the last-updated month at the top. Significant changes to processing purposes, data categories, or user rights will be communicated through a site notice or the user panel. Where consent is required by law, updating this page does not replace the required consent.

If you have questions about this policy or data processing, contact us through a support ticket in the user panel. Account use and refund rules are described separately in the Terms of Service; this policy does not replace the applicable transaction terms.
